W 2nd St is being closed between Gaines and Warren for a water main break. Brown St is closed at 3rd St and at River Dr.
Individuals can access the Centennial bridge using 3rd or 4th St to Gaines.
Repairs are estimated to be complete, and the roads re-opened sometime Friday.
