Davenport Mayor Frank Klipsch will host two youth job fairs this year, with the first on Feb. 28 and a second on April 4.
The Feb. 28 job fair will be at JB Young Opportunity Center, 1702 Main St., from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The April 4 job fair will be at North High School large gym, 626 W. 53rd St., also from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The City of Davenport, IowaWorks and local businesses are teaming up to provide a one stop-opportunity for teens to apply for jobs with Quad City employers. The fair is targeted for youths between 14 and 24 years old, though the ages certain employers may hire can vary.
