City of Davenport 50/50 Stormwater BMP Cost Share Program

The City of Davenport’s Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Cost-Share Program provides grants for up to 50% of the cost to install eligible stormwater infiltration practices on private property.

Funding is awarded on a first come, first serve basis.  Available grant funding renews annually on July 1st.  Funds are limited to one project per owner per year.

The City does not warranty projects installed.

Eligibility is Limited to:

  • Private property owners subject to the City of Davenport’s Clean Water (stormwater) Utility Fee.
  • Projects that install stormwater practices that improve stormwater quality and reduce the volume of stormwater runoff; including rain gardens, bioretention cells, pervious pavement, native landscaping and soil quality restoration or conditioning.

Scott County 50/50 Cost Share Program

The Scott County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) offers a 50/50 cost share program (up to $2,000) to support installation of stormwater management projects that infiltrate stormwater including: soil quality restoration, rain gardens, native turf and landscapes, bioretention cells and bioswales, permeable paving and green roofs.
