Beginning Wednesday, September 26th, there will be a lane reduction in each direction of E 53rd St between Lorton Ave and Elmore Circle for the installation of a raised median for the Costco complex. This work is estimated to be complete by Friday, October 12th, pending weather and other construction challenges.
