Road improvements to E 46th St between Brady and Welcome Way are complete, and the road has re-opened. Finish work, such as seeding, will be completed this week and should not require travel restrictions.

The contractor will be installing asphalt on E 46th St between Brady and Welcome Way on Saturday, June 6th. Expect the road to re-open sometime Monday, June 8th, after striping and other finish work are complete.

Traffic Alert. E 46th St will close between Brady and Welcome Way on Thursday, May 28th for milling, crack and seat, and asphalt application. Expect this stretch to remain closed through June 5th, pending weather.
Use Kimberly Rd as an alternate route.

Beginning Monday, May 4th, E 46th St will be restricted to thru traffic between Welcome Way and Brady St for pavement improvements. The crack and seat process being used will take about 5 weeks to complete and will require a short term full closure mid-way through the project when new paving is installed.
Work is expected to be complete in early June, pending weather.
Use Kimberly Rd as an alternate route during construction.
