The City of Davenport Office of Assisted Housing has a need for applicants that qualify for a two or three bedroom unit with the Public Housing program in Davenport, Iowa only. To be considered for assistance, qualifying families must submit an application between June 3, 2019 and June 27, 2019 during the normal office hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Thursday, and the first Friday of the month at the Office of Assisted Housing, 501 West 3rd Street, Davenport, Iowa, 52801. Applications are available at the Office of Assisted Housing upon request beginning on June 3, 2019.
Occupancy standards are available at the City of Davenport website,
davenportiowa.com/oah, or at the Office of Assisted Housing upon request.
Applications are also available for the Heritage, an 11-story residential high-rise at 501 West 3rd Street, for those with disabilities, at least 62 years of age, or applicants with a need for a handicapped-accessible unit.
